Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand, develop sales teams, and boost profits while enhancing customer and employee satisfaction. Starting pay is $16-$20/hr plus commission and bonuses, with a comprehensive training program to prepare you for a management role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a retail/customer service environment is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff; includes coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on work results to meet company needs.
• Monitors controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, expenses) to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures store compliance with legal requirements to maintain reputation and stability.
• Manages tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguards and accounts for all money received and handles banking requirements.
