Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and motivate staff; coach and provide feedback.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Control labor, cost of sales and expenses to hit financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and uphold store standards.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, team-based environment to drive performance.
• Address customer concerns timely and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Handle banking and monetary responsibilities.
