Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others.
• Stand, bend, walk 7+ hours daily.
• Lift 25 pounds unassisted.
• Reliable transportation; flexible nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals by training and coaching staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor results.
• Control expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure legal compliance; protect store reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean and customer ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Safely manage money and banking duties.
