Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales with expert product knowledge and consultative client engagement in our Sephora at Kohl's location. You will maintain beauty brand knowledge, execute visual standards, and support inventory and omni-channel processes.

The role requires a passion for beauty, client-facing retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and client engagement
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influence
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and upselling products
• Develop knowledge of the beauty industry
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and trends
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire clients
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards
• Maintain replenishment and department cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure timely sales floor replenishment to drive sales
• Complete required training to expand knowledge
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale
