Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales with a consultative approach and expert knowledge of beauty brands. You will demonstrate products, educate clients on trends, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards across the department.

Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising, replenishment, and delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and client engagement are essential.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Expand knowledge of the beauty industry and product trends.
• Provide credibility through product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and maintain department cleanliness.
