Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. in Peabody, MA is seeking a Beauty Account Coordinator to drive sales and elevate the store experience through deep cosmetics knowledge and strong training. You will act as a brand expert for assigned stores, partner with store teams, and lead local events to boost sales and customer engagement.

You will analyze performance, communicate priorities, coach Beauty colleagues, and collaborate with vendors while aligning with national guidelines. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft reports and present to management and internal/external partners.
• Travel required: 50%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store, category, brand, product data to identify sales opportunities.
• Communicate priorities clearly to division and store teams using various methods.
• Lead and participate in in-store and virtual events; plan local event strategy.
• Train and onboard Beauty team members; reinforce and monitor engagement.
• Collaborate with vendors and ensure alignment with national guidelines and standards.
