Job summary

Macy's Beauty Account Coordinator serves as the brand expert in Cosmetics for assigned stores/brands, driving sales through product knowledge, training, and customer service excellence. You will lead local events, collaborate with store partners, and empower Beauty colleagues to become beauty experts across the floor.

This role focuses on elevating store experience, executing national guidelines, and fostering strong vendor relationships while supporting recruitment and onboarding of Beauty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably beauty.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales-driving opportunities and hit goals.
• Communicate priorities and direction to Division and store teams.
• Collaborate with store partners to support growth in stores.
• Lead and participate in event execution for corporate, promotional, vendor launch, and virtual events.
• Coach Beauty team members and align training with product priorities.
