Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or selling experience is required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in cosmetics or fragrance sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Provide expert makeup guidance based on client needs
• Build relationships and introduce customers to beauty products
• Demonstrate makeup application on customers
• Maintain display, inventory, and restock items
• Engage in events to drive sales and enroll customers in rewards
• Stay updated with Macy’s beauty trainings and vendor sessions
• Process customer orders via POS and assist with returns
