Job summary

Macy’s, Inc. is seeking an energetic Beauty Account Coordinator to serve as the cosmetics category expert in assigned stores, driving sales through deep product knowledge and training.

This role elevates the store experience by partnering with store teams to execute brand strategies and customer-focused services. The coordinator will lead beauty events, collaborate with regional teams, and mentor Beauty Advisors to ensure consistent brand execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably in beauty.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to management and partners.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements; physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales opportunities and drive goals.
• Communicate priorities and direction to division and store teams.
• Collaborate with regions and store partners to support growth in stores.
• Lead and participate in in-store and virtual events; plan and execute local strategies.
• Support store visits and pre-season planning; partner with stores for growth.
