Qualifications

• 1+ years of success in sales.
• Prior working experience in the professional beauty industry is beneficial.
• High social media acumen.
• Customer service oriented.
• Proficiency with conflict resolution.
• Moderate to proficient with the use of numbers.
• High proficiency with computers and software systems.
• Daily travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing relationships with clients, managing their region and accounts for 100% retention.
• Provide high level customer service and rectify customer complaints to zero complaints.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow salon business in top accounts.
• Prospect and create new relationships and business partnerships.
• Meet KPIs regularly and manage calendar appointments with clients and prospects.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
• Coordinate, support, and attend company and brand partner events.
