Qualifications

• 1+ years of success in sales and client development.
• Experience in the professional beauty industry is beneficial.
• Strong social media acumen and customer service focus.
• Proficient with conflict resolution and numeracy.
• Excellent computer and software skills; strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client locations daily and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships and accounts.
• Provide high-level customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow top accounts.
• Prospect and establish new business relationships.
• Meet KPIs and manage calendar appointments with clients and prospects.
• Maintain product/market knowledge and stay ahead of trends.
• Meet deadlines for client responses and admin duties.
• Manage social media accounts and drive engagement per policy.
• Coordinate and attend company and brand partner events.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
