Job summary

Salon Services PRO is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience for internal and external customers in Idaho. You will maintain client relationships, develop sales plans for top accounts, and drive social media engagement while meeting KPIs.

You will travel to client locations daily, manage timelines, and stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors. The role offers commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 1+ years of success in sales.
• Ability to manage client relationships and meet KPIs.
• Strong communication and social media skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships and manage regions and accounts for high retention.
• Provide high-level customer service and resolve complaints to zero escalation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for top accounts.
• Prospect for new relationships and business partnerships.
• Meet assigned KPIs regularly.
• Schedule and attend calendar appointments with clients and prospects.
• Maintain product and market knowledge and monitor competition and trends.
• Meet deadlines for client responses, admin tasks, social posts, and duties.
• Manage social media accounts and drive engagement per policy.
• Coordinate and attend company and brand partner events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
