Cool Beauty Consulting is seeking a motivated Salon Sales Rep to expand our premium brand partnerships in Nashville and surrounding areas. You will drive growth by opening new salon accounts, presenting luxury haircare portfolios, and nurturing ongoing relationships with salon owners and stylists.

Ideal candidates bring proven B2B sales experience in luxury beauty, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with a strong focus on results.

Qualifications

Proven B2B sales experience in luxury, beauty, or professional salon markets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with outstanding organization and follow-through capabilities.
Ability to travel locally and manage territory independently.

Responsibilities

Initiate strategic B2B cold calls to prospective hair salons and barbershops
Establish, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with salon owners and stylists
Confidently present our portfolio of premium beauty brands and solutions
Successfully open new accounts and manage territory growth with a consultative approach
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
