Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will advise on hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails while promoting product knowledge learned through Cosmoprof training.

You will build relationships, highlight promotions, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and keep the store looking professional. Various schedules available to fit employee needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
