Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience across beauty categories including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will advise customers on products, drive loyalty, and support promotions while engaging with a diverse customer base.

Role emphasizes product knowledge, friendly service, and the ability to work flexible schedules. Training will be provided to enhance expertise and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
