Job summary

Cosmoprof Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, serving as the advisor on the customer’s journey. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and confidence.

You’ll build relationships, promote promotions, and support merchandise displays while guiding customers through transactions and loyalty enrollment. A flexible schedule supports diverse shifts and store promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is suggested but not always required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
