Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey.

Training and product knowledge will be provided to empower you to help every guest. You’ll build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and process transactions accurately in a fast-paced beauty

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
