Job summary

Cosmoprof Beauty is hiring a Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences for customers, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, and guide guests along their beauty journey. Training will be provided to ensure confidence in product recommendations and promotions.

You will join a team focused on providing outstanding service, setting up displays, processing transactions, and enrolling customers in the Loyalty program while promoting our brand values.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to learn beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
