Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will be the advisor on their beauty journey, supported by product knowledge training from Cosmoprof.

You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in our Loyalty program, and process transactions accurately. A flexible schedule is available to fit diverse needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
