Job summary

Cosmoprof is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences. You will guide customers through beauty products, explain promotions, and assist with checkout while maintaining store standards.

You will learn product details and participate in promotions, with opportunities for growth and education on cosmetics, hair care, and skin care products. Flexible hours are available to accommodate various schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
