Cosmoprof is hiring a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You’ll be the advisor on the customer’s journey, with training provided and a chance to build relationships, inspire loyalty, and highlight promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to translate product knowledge training into customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.
