Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store events and brand partnerships to elevate guest experience.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare forecasts and manage payroll within budget.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and operational standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to direct reports.
