Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers. The role focuses on delivering top-line sales growth, an exceptional guest experience, and strong operational standards across the store.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, scheduling, and events, while driving accountability, product knowledge, and a service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, drive service culture, achieve operational excellence, execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, adapt to change, lead and influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies with company programs and resources.
• Plan store scheduling with the GM to maximize productivity and meet payroll budgets.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experiences and drive sales.
• Review financial and operational data and respond to findings in a timely manner.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance discipline and uphold Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
