Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, payroll, and cost controls.
• Proven leadership in building a high-performing team and guest services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales and guest experience targets.
• Drive profitability by leveraging programs, tools, and resources.
• Plan/schedule staffing to meet store goals within payroll budget.
