Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and compliance goals.
• Identify underperforming metrics and develop improvement strategies leveraging programs and resources.
• Use forecast and payroll data to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Plan and run in-store events to drive sales and partner collaborations.
• Analyze financial and operational reports and respond to findings.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to engage guests and boost sales.
• Stay informed on beauty trends and share knowledge with guests.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
