Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, payroll budgeting.
• Retail management: inventory, operations, service culture, merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing improvement strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and accountability per policy.
