Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related leadership role.
• Experience driving top-line sales, interpreting store reporting, and managing payroll/budgets.
• Strong communication, training, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to achieve store goals.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, events, and service standards.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to improve performance and guest experience.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and dress code.
