• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals across retail and service metrics.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and leveraging programs to improve sales.
• Plan and execute in-store events to enhance guest experience and brand partnerships.
• Schedule and payroll management within budget; communicate needs to store leadership.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive guest service and sales.
• Develop and coach associates to enable continuous performance improvements.
