• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use forecast and budgets to schedule and maximize productivity.
• Review and react to financial and operational reports and audits.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales.
• Provide coaching and development to associates; support guest experience.
