Qualifications

• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive service culture, execute directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a high-performing team; adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead store through Ulta Beauty's mission and values to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule and manage staffing to align with sales and payroll goals.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Coach and develop associates; execute training and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and SOPs.
• Oversee inventory controls, replenishment, shipments, and markdowns.
