Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or similar work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales and control expenses.
• Leadership with attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and revenue growth.
• Lead scheduling and payroll planning in collaboration with the GM.
• Review financial and operational reports regularly to guide decisions.
• Demonstrate Ulta Beauty values and train, coach, and develop associates.
• Execute Guest Engagement Leader program and deliver excellent guest service.
