Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations and drive top‑line sales growth. You will oversee shipment, replenishment, omni‑channel, price changes, and markdowns while building a high‑performing team that delivers guest service excellence.

The role requires 1–2+ years in fast‑paced retail management, a high school diploma (preferred), and strong leadership. You’ll manage scheduling, budget payroll, analyze reports, and coach associates to execute merchandising

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, executing merchandising directives

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth
• Manage scheduling to maximize productivity within payroll budget
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on insights
• Lead guest engagement and coaching to deliver excellent service and sales
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
