Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast‑paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top‑line sales, interpreting reporting data, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support with store scheduling needs and communicate with the GM.
• Review, analyze, and react to financial and operational reporting in a timely manner.
• Lead and train associates, mentor development, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to drive guest experience and APGs metrics.
