Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate talent and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule and payroll coordination to maximize productivity within budgets.
• Lead and coach a diverse team to achieve sales targets and guest-focus.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and store procedures.
