Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales and control expenses.
• Retail operations: monitor inventory, merchandising, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store through Ulta Beauty mission and drive sales growth.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and omni-channel tasks.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Coach and develop associates with feedback and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Execute guest engagement and service initiatives to boost guest experience.
• Maintain attendance and accountability across the team.
• Manage stock, pricing updates, and markdowns as needed.
