Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Strong financial management: sales, payroll budgets, expenses.
• Retail management: inventory, operations, merchandising directives.
• Leads and develops talent, motivates and guides a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule optimization aligned with payroll budgets and store needs.
• Review financial and operational reports and respond with actions.
• Lead guest engagement and training to elevate service and sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and procedures.
