Qualifications

• Financial management: drive top-line sales, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, store visits, and audits.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, ensuring effective onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and dress code.
