Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management
• Experience driving top-line sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, operational excellence, merchandising directives
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver top-line sales growth and inventory controls
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to maximize productivity
• Oversee realignments, planograms, and lifecycle processes (cycle counts, RTV, DIF)
• Provide training, feedback, and development plans to associates
• Ensure policy compliance and guest engagement through the Guest Engagement Leader program
