Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Strong financial acumen: payroll, budgeting, and merchandising execution.
• Ability to lead, develop, and coach a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
