Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to schedule and maximize productivity.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead training and development to enable sales performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and procedures.
• Support inventory, pricing, markdowns, and replenishment processes.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
