Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and workloads.
• Lead by example in training, development, and consistency with company standards.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
