Qualifications

• Ability to drive top-line sales, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.
• Experience with merchandising directives and customer service.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule and staffing coordination to optimize productivity within budget.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of associates and managers.
