You’ll lead by example, train for service excellence, manage daily operations, and foster an inclusive culture while meeting sales goals. This full‑time, hourly role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, with healthcare and wellbeing benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to meet goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
