Job summary

SBH Fashion is expanding into beauty and seeks a creative, hands-on professional to build our Beauty Division. You will fuse product development expertise with packaging and branding to deliver innovative skincare, cosmetics and related categories to major national retailers.

Collaborate with the Division Manager and internal teams to manage multiple development projects from concept through production handoff, partner with suppliers, track milestones, and present compelling buyer-ready concepts

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
• Experience in beauty product development or private-label manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, ingredients, formulations and packaging.
• Strong eye for branding, packaging and retail presentation.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage several projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Research trends, ingredients, formulations, packaging, and product innovations.
• Assist in developing skincare, cosmetics, and beauty accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Track samples, revisions, approvals and milestones.
• Support major retailer meetings and act as day-to-day Beauty Division contact.
