Job summary

SKIMS Beauty is seeking a highly organized Product Development Manager to lead development and commercialization of beauty products from concept to launch. You will collaborate across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain, ensuring products meet cost, quality, timing, and brand objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong beauty development experience, handles formulation and packaging complexity, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or related consumer category.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end beauty product development and commercialization.
• Experience with laboratories, contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and component vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development across SKIMS Beauty categories from concept through launch.
• Translate brand concepts into development briefs, specs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with labs, manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and external vendors for innovative products.
• Manage formula submissions, feedback, revisions, approvals, and final standards.
• Ensure products meet performance, quality, cost, and consumer expectations.
• Maintain detailed product specs and documentation throughout development.
