Job summary

SKIMS Beauty seeks a Packaging Designer to create innovative, elevated packaging across all products and channels. The role blends creative excellence with technical rigor, translating brand vision into manufacturable packaging solutions.

You will partner with Product Development, Brand, Creative, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver packaging that is iconic and operationally sound, while supporting sustainable packaging initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of packaging design experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, or luxury goods.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, structural thinking, and brand expression.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary packaging across all beauty categories.
• Translate brand strategy and product briefs into distinctive, functional packaging concepts.
• Develop dielines, structures, and artwork in collaboration with engineering and suppliers.
• Partner with Creative and Brand to evolve packaging systems and design standards.
• Work closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to ensure packaging is compliant, scalable, and manufacturable.
• Prepare production-ready files, specs, and documentation.
