Job summary

SKIMS Beauty is seeking a highly organized Product Development Manager to lead development and commercialization of beauty products from concept through launch. You will partner across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and external vendors to deliver high-quality products.

The role emphasizes formulation and packaging development, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous project management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of beauty product development experience.
Strong end-to-end beauty product development knowledge.
Experience working with laboratories, contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end product development across SKIMS Beauty categories from concept to launch.
Translate concepts into briefs, specs, timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with labs, manufacturers and vendors to develop high-performing products.
Oversee formula submissions, evaluations, revisions and approvals.
Ensure products meet performance, aesthetics, quality and cost targets.
