Job summary

SKIMS Beauty is seeking a highly creative Senior Packaging Designer to shape and execute packaging across our growing beauty portfolio. You will translate the SKIMS aesthetic into elevated packaging for primary and secondary formats, partnering with Creative, Product Development, Marketing, Operations and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in beauty packaging, a strong portfolio, and deep knowledge of materials, production, and decoration.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in packaging design, preferably beauty/cosmetics.
• Strong portfolio with packaging concepts, structure thinking, and production execution.
• Experience designing both primary and secondary packaging.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, finishes, and decoration techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging concepts across SKIMS Beauty, including primary and secondary packaging, sets, gifting, and promotional packaging.
• Translate the SKIMS brand identity into a distinctive packaging language for Beauty.
• Create concepts from ideation to production, including mockups and final production.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional partners to deliver design solutions on time.
