POV Beauty seeks a Packaging Production Designer to translate campaign concepts into channel-ready assets across social, email, packaging and retail. This role centers on maintaining a single, strong brand story while delivering bold, retail-ready visuals.

You will bring at least 3+ years of design experience in marketing or brand environments, preferably in beauty/CPG, and a portfolio showing brand thinking with typography and layout excellence.

• Portfolio demonstrates brand thinking with consistent visual identity across formats.
• Strong typography and layout instincts; editorial aesthetic familiarity.

Responsibilities
