Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in the United States is seeking a Beauty Supervisor to lead the beauty department, delivering a compelling and consistent brand experience for customers and associates. This role emphasizes visual execution, product storytelling, and adherence to brand standards across the sales floor and fitting area.

As a store leader, you will coach teams, manage daily workflows, and collaborate with Operations to ensure product availability while driving top-line sales.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual execution within the beauty category.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Execute category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
• Leading and demonstrating company values and coaching of associates.
• Execute Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leading and modeling leadership competencies and policy adherence.
• Additional duties including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.
